My fascination for how important social media have become in our era has driven me to take a closer look at this topic. My research shows that young creatives don’t really have a platform of their own. Instagram is too big, LinkedIn is geared toward professionals, and Béhance toward big-budget designers. Where does this leave the newly graduated creatives? Nowhere. This is where I spotted an opportunity to develop a new platform: Lay-Out.

Lay-Out is easy to use. Creative graduates can showcase their work, which helps them build their network and even land jobs or commissions.
