As a fan of cooking and eating healthy, it astonishes me how eager people are to order food delivery – especially for unhealthy food. That’s why I’ve decided to take a closer look at contemporary Dutch dietary habits. One thing I found was that less than one in ten people get their recommended daily intake of nutrients.
With the workbook I’ve developed for Sophisticated Health, I’m hoping to help people fit a healthy diet into their daily routines. The book explains healthy eating patterns and teaches readers about the effects of healthy food on the body. When you apply this knowledge to your routines and find a healthy balance (80/20) for yourself, this way of life will become easy to maintain in the long term.
