Regular, an ode to the ordinary

With the advent of the corona crisis, online ordering of goods has soared. The post office where I work is handling absurd numbers of packages on a daily basis. New orders and returns.

We buy without giving a second thought, and no longer see the value of the products. This has led us to the current issue of hyperconsumption.

Regular is an online movement developed for Droog Design and revolving around everyday products. The online community is helping people see the value of everyday products again. The goal is to make people aware of their buying habits and teach them how to reuse the things they’ve already purchased. Instead of buying cheap, ephemeral goods, we want people to invest in sustainable products for the long term.
