Experience Design

In a world where digital interactions have become the norm, the need for physical and meaningful experiences remains strong. In the Experience Design module, you learn how to purposefully connect brand identity with physical spaces. You design from the visitor’s perspective, creating environments that tell stories, evoke emotions, and leave a lasting impact.

The focus is on the customer journey and developing a consistent, inspiring experience from start to finish. You explore how a space can inform, inspire, and add meaning through interactive experiences. We examine how to create a specific atmosphere and experience with a clear purpose, integrating compelling call-to-actions and sustainability aspects. These insights form the foundation for designing meaningful experiences that not only enhance brand value but also contribute to a sustainable relationship with your visitors.

The Experience Design module is ideal if you want to position brands physically with a fresh perspective that stimulates visitors’ senses. It is especially suited for brand managers, communication specialists, event managers, event concept developers, exhibition designers, marketers, storytellers, artists, formula managers, and more.
